本机能将中高铝陶瓷粉料转换成具有一定密度和强度的瓷球坯体,满足生产高质量瓷球的要求。
瓷球的压制成型通过三个步骤完成,布料——压制成型——脱模,这一过程在两个四工位的转盘内同步完成。转盘转过一个工位,粉料经布料斗对进入布料工位的模框进行布料;活动横梁合模后由加压缸对进入压制工位的模框内的粉料进行压制;同时由机械手对进入脱模工位的模框内的瓷球进行脱模。如此完成一次布料——压制成型——脱模的过程;转盘的转动及定位由伺服电机控制,本系统采用全闭环控制,定位精度高,无重复定位累积误差。
电气控制系统采用了可靠性能高,使用维护简单的可编程序控制器(PLC)。压机工作过程各动作状态均可在触摸屏观察到。
本机具有参数先进,调节容易,自动化程度高,生产效率高的优点,是中高铝瓷球项目理想的压制成型设备。
This machine can make middle and high content alumina powder trnasform into the porcelain ball with some density and intensity , and meet the requirement to produce high quality poreclain ball .
The porcelain ball forming finished by three steps as follows, distribution of powder ---press——demoulding. This step finishes simultaneously in two turntables with four working location . turntable rotates with one working location one by one , the powder be put into the mould that is in distribution of powder working location by distribution hopper . After moving beam meet the mould , Oil cylinder with high pressure presses the powder in mould that is in press location visa moving beam; At the same time , the ball in the mould that is in the demoulding location will be demoulded visa mechanic hand . so the complete procedure ends, including distribution of powder——press——demoulding .The rotation and location is under control of servo motor , the system adopts closed-loop control , so high precision for location , without repeating location accumulation error.
Electric control system adopts PLC with high reliablity and easy-maintenance . All working statues can be seen on touch-screen when the press is working .
