该机是我厂最新研制成功的凸轮组合节能卷绕机,采用心型凸轮的旋转来带动摆杆作来回移动而卷绕成形.比原往复丝杆的结构运转更加轻松,平稳,机件摩擦系数小而使用寿命长,丝锭成形好,同比主电机功率配置下降60%,,是SJ-FIIO系列塑料扁丝拉丝机最理想的配套设备.
Introduce:
This machine is newly researched and designed by our factory based on the model of combined cam, it winds up the plastic tape by the back and forth movement of the swinging stem driven by the cam. It takes less effort and it runs more stable. With less friction factor and longer durability, the prime motor is 60% less in requirement of power consumption, and it is the ideal mate of SJ-FIIO series plastic tape extruder.
